Located in the Barf Forooshan district of Shiraz, the Marina Residential Complex stands as a new urban landmark — a sculptural form that evokes the prow of a ship set against the wind. The tower rises from a solid podium, firmly anchored to the ground, providing a strong base from which a light and transparent vertical form ascends. This dialogue between solidity and openness defines the project’s architectural identity.
 
A composition of continuous glass surfaces and weightier stone elements creates a deliberate contrast — one that emphasizes the duality of transparency and permanence. The green-tinted balconies, rendered in varied tones, introduce vertical vegetation and add rhythm and vibrancy to the façade.
