Laleh tower is designed according to the principles of high rise design manuals where by in the center of the tower is a structural vertical access, this alongside the shear walls surrounding building is calculated to be symmetric. The vertical core also provides a portion for ducts and ventilation systems.

Safety has also played a vital role in the design where by a sky lobby is provided in the 7th floor for emergency purposes.  The structure is of a curved shape due to factors such as wind speed and direction, the oval shape also allows for a symmetrical division of four sections around the central core which provide for beautiful views and light penetrations within all units.
