Amirkabir Mixed use complex is located in Eastern part of Kish Island along the Amirkabir Boulevard. Utilizing newest and the most efficient theory in sustainable design field, is the prominent index of this design; MIXED USE BUILDINGS WITH OPEN AND GREEN SPACES. Mass and façade of the building is designed and formed based on linkage with nature and as a symbol for the island.
In order to realize this idea, the most up to date green façade technologies have been used, that in addition to the positive continent impacts in macro scale, it provides a different experience of living in the city.
This complex is a combination of residential, sports and recreational uses. On the ground floor, an area of about 1500 square meters is devoted to recreational and restaurant uses.
In design of the restaurant, three distinct themes have been used consistent with the nature of the island (the mountainous, jungle and beach), which creates a memorable experience. Coastal restaurant simulates the senses of the shores of the Persian Gulf. The mountain restaurant create a cozy atmosphere and cave, like a sense of intimacy. With a green and exciting atmosphere, the forest restaurant brings a different sense of nature to the audience.
At the first level the most equipped facilities is created dynamic and energetic space.
The second to the 12^th levels of this complex are dedicated to unique residential units that are equipped with the latest smart building technologies. Panorama's view of the sea and the green façade, as well as the ease of enjoyment of amenities, recreation and sports, provide residents with a different quality of living experience.
The green roof of the complex with a pool, like a hanging park at an attitude of 50 meters above the ground, in addition to reducing energy consumption, provides a space for hobbies, recreation and social interactions.
