The mixed- use complex of Golestan Boulevard is located along one of the main streets of Shiraz, which is known as a cultural strip The special location of this project and its location between Hafezieh and Saadiyeh tombs, and the distance of less than 500 meters to Hafezieh tomb, 2 km to Saadieh tomb and 1 km to the entrance of Shiraz city and the historical context of the city, make the project unique.
Golestan Boulevard project, despite activities such as cinema complexes, entertainment, five-star hotel, office complex and shopping center, has created the ability to reach a wide range of audiences with different ages and at different hours of the day. Another feature of the project is the definition of independent access for each of these uses. Commercial, hotel, office and entertainment complexes with separate accesses will have the possibility of their own private life at any time of the day.
In designing the volume of the project, an attempt has been made to induce a sense of dynamism and mobility to the audience in such a way that the combination of large cubes has created a form that is attractive to the audience. The eighth-floor cube, combined with two other cubes, creates an open vestibule at the heart of the project, a place for social interaction, airflow, and vision through the project's defined framework.
The volume of the project is designed in such a way that it rises from the ground, and the pedestrian can move smoothly and slowly on the volume and reach the upper floors. Also, the roof of the project at different heights, third, seventh, ninth and last floors as the fifth facade, has been one of the main design elements from the beginning of the design.
The wide entrance stairs reinforce the invitation of the audience as much as possible from the side of the street and the city passage. Also, the colors used in the body of the project all play a role in making the project more dynamic and attractive.
In interior design, an effort has been made to establish maximum visibility and view to the outside space. The combination of colors, green spaces, dynamic volumes, attractive negative spaces, diversity of use, as well as the independence of activities within it, and the specific location of the project, have produced a symbolic and unique work.
