Within five floors this rectangular shaped residence sits on a 1443sq/m site that emphasizes luxury and comfort; a primary priority was that the apartment needed to be everything at all times: a place to catch-up with work or catch up with sleep; a place to retreat and relax; and a place to entertain both formally and casually. KhatoSafhe has created an introverted space.
Another parameter to the brief was the need to be international in luxury but display a definite middle-eastern charm. Attention to this detail was overseen by KhatoSafhe sourcing textiles, ceramics and floor coverings. However the attitude is modern-eastern rather than anything ethnic. Often the only clue might be in color; the more earthy tones that are akin to middle-eastern architecture.
The interior intention was to promote comfort and intimacy; this was achieved through open floor plans and the use of worm colors. The open kitchen maintains visual uniformity; the bedrooms are located around a central void. The comfort of home combines with the luxurious of a five star hotel. The designer did not hold back on other essentials such as a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym and a pool table.
The sparkling new development emulates the classic style of eastern architecture, yet with a strain of modernity running through it. The structure will provide upscale housing unit in central Shiraz.
