This residential complex is located in Lepui section near Zarghan city. The site is intended for a part of housing development needs in the northwest of Shiraz and for Mehr housing. The complex site has a natural slope from southwest to northeast, which is the main basis for the design of the complex. It follows the natural shape of the land and based on this, the main entrance axis of the complex is formed as an equipped service axis on the main bottom line of the site. They are formed around it. In the foothills and the highest part of the site, due to the steep slope of the land, a foothills amusement park with a wide view has been proposed to the whole complex.
The formation of different neighborhoods according to the hierarchical system and the prediction of a neighborhood center and neighborhood services adjacent to it, that eventually all these neighborhood centers are connected by sidewalks. The design of this complex is a manifestation of a successful design in accordance with the natural shape of the earth, and using the existing capabilities as well as considering the economical residential model.
