This projects primary task was to organize the spatial, demographic and physical attributes of Kish Island. The main objectives were to divide the island within the urban division, districts, neighborhoods and communities were subject to reorganization of proportional functions.
Such detailed spatial organization of systematic and harmonious improvement on the island can make a substantial contribution and serve to guide the future development of the island.
Finally, the proposed land use, with the diverse zones: administrative, residential, commercial, multi -purpose and entertainment districts in terms of area and number of districts and neighborhoods were divided into seven regions ,where the required amenities within each region has been estimated per division.
The island; due to its high tourist potential with the current rapid growth within its development needs to develop a macro physical design. Like other cities in the country if such procedure is not to be attained and followed significant problems may be caused at high financial threats.
