This project is located at the entrance of Shiraz city and in front of Karandish bus terminal of Shiraz metropolis. The strategic location of the site, as the first encounter of newcomers to the city of Shiraz, causes significant importance for the project. Also, the combination of different brick volumes has created such dynamics that it excites any viewer. The combination of different types of bricks, green space in height and stepped movement of volumes, has made the project attractive and valuable. The use of different volumes with windows that forms taken from Iranian architecture evokes a nostalgic feeling in the form of modern architecture. The roof of the project, which includes various spaces such as sidewalks, green spaces, children's play space, etc., is considered as one of the important elements of this project. One of the key features of this project is the use of public spaces on different floors and the use of terraces for leisure and rest of all residents. In order for each resident to easily spend their time outdoors at high altitudes on the terraces that overlook the dynamism and urban mobility. The design operation of this project started in 2019 and ended in 2020.
