The design site is in one of the most strategic parts of Lorestan. It is located at the distance of 1 km from Falak al-Falak (the most prominent historical monuments of Khoramabad city). The site's location in terms of accessibility and permeability has the potential to become a mixed use complex.
The main idea of formation the project was to use the concept of Iranian architecture and Khorram Abad region through step building back from the street. Using the concept of positive and negative space in the roof through utilizing the concept of Iranian architecture inspired by the nature and architecture of the region.
The creation of urban steps and the definition of space and the public space and the direct linkage between street and the roof, has been a platform for the formation of social interactions and collective activities. Accordingly, the volume concept inspired by Khorramabad crafts, the arches and brick decoration of the castle of Falak al-Falak, the tribal structures of the district, the color variation of nomadic clothes, and the inspiration from old stone carvings.
The complex consists of three commercial, recreational, hyper and one floor for recreational activities. The existence of the hypermarket and the park is a strong attraction factor for attracting people to complex.
